Can I return my items?

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchases and want to make a return, please contact us at hello@ribbontique.com. It would be helpful if you could explain why you wish to return those items so we can ensure this is not a reoccurring issue.  

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, so if you're not satisfied, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you. All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.  

Ribbontique.com charges QAR 20 to arrange for courier collection of a returned item from Doha. 

You may return any unused items directly to our shop free of charge.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on any sale or discounted purchases.

I’ve returned my items. When can I expect my refund?

Once your return has been received, we will process the refund which can take between 1-3 business days and will be paid back to your original payment method.
